When we launched LandTech in Florida in 2023, we had one goal: build the best land acquisition platform in the country, specifically for the homebuilding industry.
Not a generic property data tool adapted for homebuilders. Not a UK product re-skinned for the US market. Something built from the ground up for the way American homebuilders find, evaluate, and secure land.
Getting here wasn't easy. Three years of iteration, tough conversations, and hard-won lessons went into building what we have today. But none of that matters as much as what our customers have been able to do with it.
What Our Customers Have Built With LandTech
The best measure of a product isn't what we say about it; it's what the teams using it can achieve. Over the past year, LandTech has become the platform of choice for some of the most respected names in US homebuilding and real estate development. Companies like Pulte Group, Meritage Homes, Mi Homes, Greystar, and many others are now running their land acquisition operations on LandTech.
These teams are finding sites faster, evaluating opportunities more thoroughly, and making better-informed decisions about where to build. In a market where the right land at the right time is everything, that is a genuine competitive edge. It's what we mean when we say LandTech is your unfair advantage in land acquisition.
The last nine months have seen us on a strong and accelerating growth trajectory in Florida. That success - built on real results for real homebuilding teams - is what gives us the confidence and conviction to go national.
This is a national expansion. Charlotte is where it starts.
I want to be clear about what we're announcing: this isn't LandTech moving to a new state. This is LandTech beginning a national expansion, and Charlotte is the first market we're planting our flag in.
We're launching in Charlotte, North Carolina this month, with Phoenix, Arizona following in late April. After that, we're accelerating - hard. Our goal is to have national contracts with major homebuilders by the end of this year. The platform, the team, and the commercial momentum are all pointed in the same direction.
We chose to build in Florida first because it gave us the focus and feedback loops to get the product right. We didn't expand before we were ready. Now we are - and the pace is going to reflect that.
Built for Homebuilders. Only Homebuilders.
I want to say something plainly, because I think it matters: LandTech is not trying to be everything to everyone in the real estate industry. We are building the best possible platform for US homebuilders, and that focus is intentional.
Every feature we build, every data source we integrate, every workflow we design is built around the specific needs of homebuilding teams - from land analysts evaluating feasibility, to executives tracking pipeline across divisions. That singular focus is part of what has made us the platform that the biggest homebuilders in Florida trust for their most important decisions. And it's what will continue to drive everything we build as we scale nationally.
